Post-mortem reproduction - law comparision and issues raised for Vietnam
Abstract
Post-humous reproduction is a new phenomenon occuring in Vietnam in recent years. This phenomenon raises many complicated legal issues which are debatable but not yet have been deeply studied. The paper aims at clarifying the nature of post-humous reproduction; comparing the law of Vietnam and that of some other countries in this regard; and thereby offering comments and recommendations to improve the related Vietnamese legal provisions to ensure human rights and social stability.
