The place of comparative law in LLB curricula at Hanoi Law University

Abstract

The paper proves that comparative law plays an important roles in providing relevant knowledge and skills for lawyers in the context of international integration; thus, the inclusion of comparative law as a compulsory subject into LLB curricula at Hanoi Law University is of neccessity. This is, on the one hand, to unify  all LLB curricula of Hanoi Law University, and on the other hand,  to go with the common trend of legal education of many countries in the world. Also, this is an important step to implement resolutions of the Party and the Government on reforming education and training as well as developing and  improving the legal system of Vietnam.
