Improving the law on termination of probation contracts

Abstract

The 2012 Labour Code and the documents providing guidance on the implementation of the Code do not include many provisions on termination of probation contracts but the practical application of those provisions has revealed several limitations. The paper analyses the current legal provisions on termination of probation contracts,  points out their  limitations and offers  proposals for improving them.
