Compensation for damages caused by sources of extreme danger under the 2015 Civil Code

Abstract

The paper analyses and asssesses some issues regarding compensation for damages caused by sources of extreme danger under the 2015 Civil Code such as: identifying sources of extreme danger, determination of sources of extreme danger, subjects who are responsible for compensation and grounds for exemption of responsibility for compensation. On that basis, the paper offers some proposals to improve legal provisions in this regard.
