In
the
context
of
increasing
globalization,
preserving
and
promoting
traditional
cultural
values

become
an
urgent
requirement.
Ethnic
music,
as
an
integral
part
of
intangible
cultural
heritage,
not
only
reflects
the
unique
identity
of
each
nation
but
also
contributes
to
the
world's
cultural
diversity.
Developing
ethnic
music
concert
programs
is
a
means
of
preservation
and
a
way
to
introduce
and
disseminate
cultural
values
to
domestic
and
international
audiences.
This
study
aims
to
build
a
model
for
developing
ethnic
music
concert
programs
from
theory
to
practice,
ensuring
both
the
preservation
of
traditional
elements
and
meeting
the
aesthetic
demands
of
contemporary
audiences.
The
scope
of
the
study
includes
examining
theoretical
aspects
related
to
ethnic
music,
designing
concert
programs,
selecting
musical
instruments
and
songs,
and
planning
and
staging
performances.
The
research
methods
applied
involve
a
literature
review,
analysis
of
existing
ethnic
music
concert
programs,
interviews
with
experts
in
the
field
of
ethnic
music,
and
organizing
trial
performances.
Through
this
approach,
the
study
not
only
provides
profound
insights
into
the
development
of
ethnic
music
concert
programs
but
also
offers
specific
solutions
to
enhance
the
quality
and
effectiveness
of
these
programs
in
the
future
