Chinese inscriptions about the Chinese associated with the activities of the Chinese in the northern regions of Vietnam appeared mainly during the Le and Nguyen dynasties from the second half of the 17th century to the early years of the 20th  century. Through the epitaphs at the Institute of Han Nom Studies and field results (during the years 2019-2020), the article summarizes the Chinse inscriptions about the Chinese people in the northern regions of Vietnam, as well as exploits typical documentaries in learning about the history of the Chinese community and their activities in Vietnam.
