Abstract

Hue University's Law School places a strong emphasis on building and developing students' skills, especially their professional competencies through mock trials. The school actively facilitates these simulated sessions to equip students with skills that align with the practical needs of society. However, the skills students currently acquire from these mock trials have not been fully effective or reflective of the potential benefits such experiences can offer. Given these challenges, our research team has analyzed the situation and proposes several strategies and solutions to enhance the skill- building process through mock trials at the University of Law, Hue University.
