Children sexual abuses on the cyberspace in Vietnam - Current situation and prevention solutions

Abstract

Protecting children from sexual abuse in cyberspace is not only a unique task of each family, community, and country, but also extends globally. The article presents an overview of the provisions of Vietnam's criminal law on the crimes of children sexual abuse and implementation of these crimes in cyberspace; the impact, causes and practices of children sexual abuse in cyberspace in Vietnam. From there, the authors propose some solutions to prevent and minimize the risks of children sexual abuse, and contribute to a safe and healthy online environment.
