Law on planning, land use plan of China and some suggestions for improvement of Vietnam's land law

Abstract

Land plays a significant role in economic and social life, but the law on land planning in Vietnam has not fully promoted that role. In the context of a comprehensive revision of the land law, we can refer to the high-efficiency policies and laws of several countries that are similar in politics, economy, and society. One of the countries that we need to learn from is China's law on land use and planning.
