COMPLETING LAW ON PENALTIES FOR SMALL ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS AGAINST ACTS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN PUBLIC

Abstract

Currently, sexual harassment in public places is a burning issue, attracting much attention of society because of its constant increase and the increasingly serious nature of the case. Sanctioning administrative violations for acts of sexual harassment in public places is considered an effective tool to ensure state management of public order, helping to reduce violations. However, the current regulations on sanctioning administrative violations for these acts still have many shortcomings in both the legal perspective and the sanctioning practice. The article analyzes the current legal provisions on sanctioning administrative violations for acts of sexual harassment in public places, and proposes directions for improvement.
