THE NECESSRY TO ENACT THE LAW ON TRANSGENDER IN VIETNAM AT PRESENT

Abstract

The modern world with the explosion of the communications system in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 has created opportunities for countries to get closer. The integration and development are the trend and requirement of countries and ethnic groups in the development of today's era. In terms of humanity and human rights guarantee, many countries have acknowledged and protected the right to transgender of individuals; ensure personal rights, including civil status and civil rights; marriage and family rights of individuals after having transgender. To ensure compatibility between national and international legislation; adjust the law from the reality of social life; to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the people, it is necessary for our State to develop and promulgate the Law on Transgender.
