IDENTIFYING SOME LEGAL RISKS IN LAND-USE RIGHTS BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS IN THE FORM OF “DIVIDED LOTS FOR SALE” IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

The 2014 Vietnamese Law on Real Estate Business has facilitated the real estate business mechanism, especially when types of real estate are the land-use rights. This has contributed significantly to the vibrant development of the real estate market. This article analyzes the notion of land-use rights, the land-use rights business transactions. The article also examines the legal risks in the real estate transactions in practice. This helps to guarantee the rights of clients and investors, thereby ensure the healthy real estate market development as well as the stability and socio-economic development.
