Bài báo giới thiệu một số kết quả nghiên cứu của các nhà khoa học thuộc Viện Cơ học, liên quan đến cảnh báo, dự báo lũ lụt trên lưu vực sông Hương. Nội dung gồm 3 mục: Mục 1 mô tả tóm tắt công nghệ cảnh báo, dự báo lũ lụt trên hệ thống sông Hương bao gồm cơ sở dữ liệu và các mô hình. Mục 2 trình bày các kết quả mô phỏng lũ lụt trên lưu vực sông Hương trong các năm 1999 và 2004. Mục 3 giới thiệu các kết quả áp dụng thử nghiệm công nghệ để cảnh báo, dự báo lũ lụt trên hệ thống sông Hương trong các mùa lũ năm 2005, 2006 và 2007. Đây mới là những kết quả nghiên cứu bước đầu. Cần thu thập thêm số liệu địa hình và hoàn thiện mô hình ngập lụt (hiệu chỉnh lại các tham số mô hình, mô phỏng thêm các trận lũ đã xảy ra...). Cần hoàn thiện thêm mô hình dự báo mưa định lượng và xây dựng mô hình ngập lụt chi tiết cho khu vực thành phố Huế.

ABSTRACT

The article introduces some of research results achieved by the scientists of the Institute of Mechanics regarding warnings and forecasts for flood in the Perfume River basin. Its contents consist of three sections: Section one gives a brief description of the technology for warnings and forcasts of flood on the Perfume River system, including basic documents and models. Section two puts forward results of flood modelling for the Perfume River basin in 1999 and 2004.

Section three introduces results of the technological applications for warnings and forecasts for flood on the Perfume River system during the flood seasons in 2005, 2006, and 2007. These are only preliminary results. We should collect more figures on the relevant terrain and complete mapping the areas inundated (Readjusting the imitation and modelling parameters of the last floods..). It is necessary to improve quantative prediction models and establish detailed flood models for Huế city.
