Trong những năm gần đây việc sản xuất rau, quả tươi an toàn đã được nhiều địa phương quan tâm đầu tư nghiên cứu và phát triển. Tuy nhiên việc sản xuất rau an toàn chưa đáp ứng được nhu cầu ngày càng tăng của xã hội. Các vùng sản xuất rau đang có nhiều nguy cơ dẫn đến mất an toàn thực phẩm. Các quy định của quy trình kỹ thuật sản xuất bị vi phạm phổ biến do ý thức của người sản xuất, thiếu sự thường xuyên giám sát của cơ quan quản lý. Bài viết này tổng hợp các thông tin về rau an toàn và các vấn đề về sản xuất rau an toàn nhằm giúp các nhà quản lý, sản xuất, kinh doanh và tiêu thụ rau an toàn hiểu thấu đáo hơn về rau an toàn, từ đó có định hướng phát triển sản xuất, kinh doanh và tiêu thụ rau an toàn ở địa phương.

ABSTRACT

            In recent years, the research and development investment on the production of safe vegetables and fruits has been promoted in many places. However, the production of safe vegetables has not met the growing needs of society yet. Vegetable production areas are facing with the risk of food insecurity. Regulations of production process are frequently violated due to the weak awareness of the producers and the lack of regular monitoring of the management authorities. This article recapitulates information about safe vegetables and issues of safe vegetable production in order to help managers, producers, traders and consumers know thoroughly about safety vegetables, then to have an orientation to the development of manufacturing, trading and consumption of safe vegetables in the locality.
