Chính sách bảo tồn nhà vườn truyền thống Huế/Policy of conserving Huế traditional garden houses

Nhận thức vai trò quan trọng của NVTTH (nhà vườn truyền thống Huế), dự án bảo vệ và quản lý nhà vườn giai đoạn 2006-2010 đã được UBND tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế đề xuất từ 2006. Tuy nhiên, đến năm 2012, dự án này gần như chỉ mới bắt đầu và chưa được thực thi. Mặt khác, kết quả khảo sát và phỏng vấn các chủ nhân NVTTH cho thấy dự án vẫn còn có một số bất cập khác như thủ tục, chế độ hỗ trợ và nội dung chính sách. Cuối cùng, bài viết này đưa ra 3 đề xuất cho công cuộc quản lý bảo tồn các NVTTH, đặc biệt là cho dự án bảo vệ và quản lý nhà vườn nói trên.

ASBTRACT

 Realizing the important role of NVTTH (Hue traditional garden houses), a project for protection and management of Hue garden houses in the period of 2006-2010 was proposed in 2006. However, up till to 2012, the project has just started and the implementation has not done yet. On the other hand, result derived from survey and interview with oners of NVTTH shows that the project still has some problems such as procedure, support system and content of the project. Finally, the paper provides 3 suggestions for the task of management and conservation of NVTTH, especially for the project mentioned above.
