Abstract

This study has aimed at identifying factors that influence the job satisfaction of employees at Vietcombank Tra Vinh branch and then proposing some important managerial implications for Vietcombank Tra Vinh branch to increase the job satisfaction of employees next time. The sample consisted of 105 employees working in Vietcombank Tra Vinh branch. Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple regression analysis methods are used in this study. Research results have showed that there are 06 factors affecting the employees’ job satisfaction at Vietcombank Tra Vinh branch of decreasing importance are Leadership, Salary and benefits, Co- workers, Nature of work, Training and promotion, Working condition.
