Research showed that the working capacity of the graduates from BM of VNUA was evaluated at moderate level for most evaluation criteria. Compared to other universities, the communication skills, the creativeness in handling the situation, and the ability in organizing social activities of graduates from VNUA were lower while practical skills, the spirit of learning and adaptability were considered to be better. To enhance the working capacity for students in BM at VNUA, the following considerations are proposed: enhancing the understanding and application of knowledge into practice for students, improving foreign language for better communication, increasing activeness through social activities, youth and students association, and offering bore exchange opportunities to shape social skills for students.
