Effects of Zero Tillage Direct Sowing and Nitrogen Fertilizer Levels on Grain Yield of Winter Grown Soybean
Abstract
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of no-till direct sowing and nitrogen fertilizer levels on yield and production efficiency of soybean grown in winer cropping season after rice in Gia Binh, Bac Ninh. The experiments were arranged in a randomized complete block in triplicate with plot size of 10m2. Results suggested that, in order to achieve high grain yield and high production efficiency, seeds should be broadcast uniformly after rice harvest, covered by straws and nitrogen applied at 61-72 kg / ha.
