REALITY AND SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF INFORMATION FINANCIAL REPORT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN HCM CITY

Abstract

In Vietnam, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by the State particularly interested in many preferential policies but businesses still find it difficult as a shortage of capital for production business, lack of confidence investors. To reach the loans from banks, as well as call for the provision of capital from investors, then one of documents indispensable financial report. If the information on the financial report are not reliable performance, banks and investors willing to refuse to cooperate. Therefore, this article focused study the situation and propose solutions from businesses and government to improve the quality of information financial report of SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to development of SMEs in the economy.
