Digital application for collecting Stakeholder’s Opinion During school’s quality inspection

Abstract

To self-assess the activities of the university, it is necessary to survey feedbacks from students, graduate students, officials, lecturers, employees, employers, etc. With traditional methods, each survey can only perform a maximum of a few hundred questionnaires. Since each ballot has dozens to nearly 100 questions, manual collection, aggregation, and analysis is expensive. Today, in the digital era, the survey of large numbers is organized in a more scientific, automatic and efficient way. This article presents the digital approach in the survey to collect the opinions of students and staff for quality accreditation in recent years at the University of Business and Technology.
