Improving the quality of accounting and auditing bachelor training at Hanoi University of Business and Technology in the context of international integration
Abstract
Currently, the country has over 200 universities and colleges participating in training bachelor’s degrees in accounting and auditing. However, the quality of training is still limited, graduates cannot meet the requirements of the developing economy, as well as the requirements of international economic integration, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the digital technology era. The article focuses on analyzing, clarifying and clarifying the current status of accounting and auditing training in Vietnam, as well as at the Hanoi University of Technology and Business (HUBT), proposing some criteria for evaluating training quality, recommending some solutions to improve the quality of human resources training for bachelors of accounting and auditing at HUBT to meet international integration requirements.
