New points, highlights in the socio-economic development strategy for 10 years 2021-2030

Abstract

The socio-economic development strategy for the period 2021-2030 has just been approved by the 13th National Party Congress with many new points: determined to continue to improve, build complete, synchronous and modern socialist orientation economic institutions; building a legal framework, testing specific mechanisms and policies to promote digital transformation, digital economy, developing new economic models, and promoting creative start-ups; affirming rapid and sustainable development based mainly on science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; arousing aspirations for developing a prosperous, happy country, self-reliant will and promoting the strength of the great solidarity bloc of the whole nation, maximizing the human
factor; taking Vietnamese cultural values and people as the foundation, an important endogenous strength to ensure sustainable development.
