Abstract

Application of information technology to human resource management is contributing to improving efficiency, implementing well the administrative reform program at educational public and non-public institutions. Human resource management in non-public universities over the past few years has seen a positive change. The computerization of data of staff and lecturers has made human resource management easy and fast. The article is researching IT application activities to enhance the management of human resources at non-public educational institutions today.
