Some solutions to the motivation of PhD students’ contribution to the society

Abstract

Basic and comprehensive innovation of doctoral training, creating breakthroughs and fundamental changes in training quality and scale, and attaching research results of PhD students to practical problems have been paid more attention in
many countries around the world. This is also a difficult issue, requiring a lot of efforts and appropriate solutions. Experience of some countries has shown that attachment of scientific research to training is the most fundamental solution to improve quality and bring success in the promotion of PhD students’contribution to the society.
