Homestay tourism service: Cultural destination and customers’ satisfaction

Abstract

With the advantage of human tourism resources, Hanoi is completing
its long-term tourism development strategies to make it a key economic sector. Based on the empirical analysis of the survey data of 150 international visitors who have experienced the homestay service in Duong Lam ancient village, this article examines the correlations between tourist motivation and cultural attributes of the destinations as well as the satisfaction and loyalty of visitors, discovers the positive and negative points of the factors related to tourism services and cultural activities,… with an attempt to give the planners of tourism and tourism marketing a better foundation in setting up marketing strategies for promoting homestay tourism services.
