Some Experiences in Preventing and Fighting the Corruption in China

Abstract

The Corruption in China has become more and more serious, because it has been happening largely, relating to many offices, complicated in characters, well organized and being various in form. Worse, corruption has infected many high ranking leaders and therefore caused hard material lost and heavily harmed to the prestige of the Party and Government. China really pays great intention the preventing and fighting corruption and has applied many effective measures: 1. Carrying on political and ideological education in the whole Party; 2. Improving the legal system concerning the pureness and rightness of the Party and Government officials of all levels; 3. Building the power supervising system. Some lessons can be drawn out from China case: 1. To improve Socialist market economy system; 2. Reinforce the democracy in power-supervising tasks; 3. The fight against corruption must be carried out determinately and with some well defined targets; 4. Building an effective system for the fight against the corruption.
