The Collaboration of the "Four Actors" (State, Peasant, Scientist, Entrepreneur) in Agriculture and Rural Development in Vietnam Today

Abstract

During the Industrialization and Modernization in rural areas of Vietnam today, some forms collaboration among the "4 actors"), namely the State, the peasant, the scientist and the entrepreneur have been realized and brought into play effectively in the production, trade and in the social life. Those forms of collaboration are driving factors which strength and bring into full play of the class alliance of workers, peasants and intellectuals under the leadership of the Communist Party. That is also the basis of the national solidarity and the main factor in the guideline of the Vietnamese revolution. That was the source of revolutionary strength, the driving factor that guaranteed the victory for Vietnamese revolution in the past and the success of the building and defending the country today.

In this article, I try to make two points clear: first, to examine the new characters of the alliance of workers, peasants and intellectuals during the Industrialization and Modernization of the rural areas today; second, to clarifty how has the collaboration of the "4 actors", namely state, peasant, scientist, entrepreneur been realized rural areas today?
