The current situation of registration of security interests by land use rights and land-attached assets of economic organizations in Khanh Hoa province

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the gainings, shortcomings and limitations in order to propose solutions to increase the efficiency of registration of security interests with land use rights and and land-attached assets for economic organizations in Khanh Hoa province. In the 2016 – 2020 period, there were 7,958 cases of mortgage registration cases, 7,653 cases of mortgage deregistration and 669 cases of security interest registration content changes in the period 2016 – 2020. Procedures for registration of security interests, in general, were carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of law.
