While Western and nomadic cultures associate the horse with military power, conquest, and knightly status, in Vietnam it underwent profound localization. From a ‘<em>war horse’</em>&nbsp;linked to national heroes, it entered the spiritual realm of agrarian society, becoming a sacred figure in folk beliefs and the artistic heritage of temples, pagodas, and communal houses. A survey of 350 students showed that 58% slept less than six hours per day, while only 14% slept over seven hours. Sleep-deprived students had poorer performance, lower concentration, greater fatigue, and slower recovery, whereas those with seven to eight hours of sleep recovered faster, had less muscle soreness, and maintained better performance. The study quantified a significant labor gap, forecasting that the sector will require over one million additional direct workers from 2026-2030, implying a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.9% per year. Rapid market recovery was exacerbating shortages in both quantity and quality, particularly in digital skills and high-value service capabilities.
