Abstract
Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is a solution that coordinates financial flows, product and information flows within the supply chain, allowing organizations in the supply chain to jointly create value through planning, steering and controlling financial flows at the inter-organizational level. Many conceptual studies have shown the benefits of SCF, but there is still a lack of empirical studies on its benefits in Vietnam. Therefore, the authors empirically test the impact of SCF on firm performance in Vietnam. The research results show that SCF will help companies in Vietnam reduce their bankruptcy risk, but not improve their financial performance.
