Abstract
Corporate culture is an important resource to help businesses improve their competitiveness and develop sustainably. In order to accurately propose solutions to create and enhance these resources, businesses must often identify and evaluate their cultural values. In fact, this is a huge difficulty that businesses often face. This article focuses on presenting the use of OCAI toolkit in identifying and evaluating corporate culture, and illustrated through case studies at Datraco Company. The research results can be applied to many other businesses.
