FINE LEVEL FOR BREACH IN THE LAWS OF VIETNAM AND SOME PROPOSALS

Abstract

Fine for breach which mainly functions as guaranteeing contracts has been widely applying. Although this remedy is provided for in many laws, it gradually shows inadequacies and difficulties during putting into practice; especially in term of fine level. The findings of article are to analyze theories of fine level for breach in the law of Vietnam as well as to evaluate on-going problems related to fine level in reality leading in order to propose solutions.
