ESTABLISHING TRUST-GAINING INSTITUTIONS TO BOOST THE INVESTMENT AND GROWTH OF ENTERPRISES IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Vietnam is expected by 2025 to have about 5 million enterprises. This is a challenge for the economy when the official number of enterprises today is about 800 thousand. Creating trust for enterprises is very necessary for enterprises to form and develop. The article emphasizes the role of institutions in creating trust for businesses and research also offers six solutions to improve the quality of economic institutions in Vietnam to set the premise for the target of 5 million businesses by 2025.
