ORIENTATION OF BUSINESS MODELS FOR PRIVATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE PERIOD OF INTERNATIONAL INTERGRATION

Abstract

Private economy plays an important and integral part to the Vietnam economy. Over the past years, the private economy has always shown effectiveness and directly contributed to the stability and sustainable development of the Vietnam economy. To facilitate the development of private economy, many business models are stipulated in the law of Vietnam. However, each business models has its own unique features, therefore in order to promote the strong development of the private economy over the course of international integration in Vietnam nowadays, it is necessary to take into account the issues concerning operational orientation of such business models.
