THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION: RESEARCH IN GIA LAI PROVINCE
Abstract
The study was conducted to examine the impact of organizational justice on job satisfaction in Gia Lai Province. Through quantitative analysis from the survey data for 250 civil servants working in Gia Lai province to evaluate the scale and research model. Research results show that four factors of organizational justice: procedural justice, distributive justice, interactional justice, and systemic justice affect employee job satisfaction in the province of Gia Lai.
