THE EFFECTS OF LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS TO HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT IN TOURISM INDUSTRY IN QUANG NGAI PROVINCE

Abstract

Human resource development is to create an environment that develops the capacity and comprehensiveness of the human aspects of the organization. Leadership is one of the prerequisites for that growth environment. The problem is how to identify effective leadership behaviors for human resource development in organizations, such as the tourism industry, as one of the key industries, not the industry. the smoke of the industrialization. This study aims to identify key leadership behavior variables that influence the development of tourism human resources in Quang Ngai Province. Research results will be very useful information for tourism managers. 180 questionnaires were sent to tourism businesses in Quang Ngai (n = 180). The study using SPSS 16.0 software for data analysis, data analysis showed that there are two variables that influence the development of tourism human resources in Quang Ngai province: Self-protective and Team-oriented behaviors.
