AGRICULTURE STARTUP'S CORPORATE CULTURE IN HO CHI MINH CITY: SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

In global market context, developing the corporate culture in management have increasingly attracted attention from researchers and managers. In order to carry out corporate culture effectively, the manager must get a thorough understanding of the fundamentals if they apply corporate culture. The paper focuses on analyzing the situation and limitations in Startup's corporate culture development by surveying 183 Agriculture Startups in Ho Chi Minh City (Startups.NN). The author then proposes some solutions for the managers to enhance their knowledge so as ensuring that corporate culture will be effectively applied at their company.
