Abstract

The paper presents the results of the study on the impact of leadership behavior on employees' performance in enterprises in the Central and Highlands. Data analysis of 110 respondents identified the current levels of leadership behavior at the Central and Highlands and identified performance problems that arise when correlation analysis showed no the impact of leadership behavior on employee achievement. A group interview was conducted to identify practical issues of performance evaluation at Central and Highlands firms. Based on that, the author has suggested improving performance evaluation at Central and Highlands firms, helping performance evaluation and performance management in general contribute effectively to fish employees' performance and performance of organization.
