THE ROLE OF THE PRESS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE QUOC NGU LITERATURE IN VIETNAM IN THE EARLY 20th CENTURY

Abstract

Literature and journalism have an inexhaustible relationship intimate. The influence between literature and the press is bilateral and multidimensional. But with a long history, literature has become the root to nurture the development of press and the impact from literature to the press is the direction of positive impact. However, when assessing one of the causes of the formation of the national language literature in Vietnam at the beginning of the twentieth century, we realize that the role of the press is enormous. It is not only born with the national language literature, but also an effective means of conveying, spreading literary works and contributing to the formation of new literary recipients.
