Abstract

The article researches and proposes the FLISR algorithm, which has the function of rapid
positioning, isolating, and restoring power supply to loads through a genetic algorithm when a fault
occurs on the distribution grid. The algorithm applies the principle of natural evolution to solve the
problem of finding and optimizing the maximum number of loads provided in the process of
restoring the power supply. At the same time, build a distribution grid model with electrical signal
parameters that are run in real-time using the Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation method based on
the OPAL-RT solution. In terms of communication, the model is connected to the SCADA system
through the IEC 60870-5-104 communication protocol to be able to monitor the entire grid
parameters. To test the FLISR algorithm, the grid model is simulated and simulated through Action.
Wise software to accept the results and compare them with the proposed FLISR algorithm built on
Matlab-Simulink. The research model will be applied to the distribution grid of Thua Thien Hue
province and evaluate operational efficiency.
