FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC ASSETS MANAGEMENT IN UNITS OF DONG HY DISTRICT PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract

This paper aimed to evaluate the influence of factors on Public Asset
Management in sub-units of the People's Committee of Dong Hy district, Thai
Nguyen province. The authors have built and tested the scale. Influential factors
have been identified: public asset management apparatus, database system,
information on public property, understanding and implementation of
regulations on public property at the units, competence and quality of inspectors
and inspectors, legal system. After conducting the regression, on the basis of
determining the level of influence, the author propose solutions to improve the
efficiency of public asset management in the units of the People's Committee of
Dong Hy district, Thai province. Nguyen in future.
