Library Chatbot enhancing information consulting services
Abstract
Currently, optimizing and automating the benefits that libraries bring in the digital age is extremely important to gradually develop smart libraries. Applying the chatbot model in serving readers and promoting book information is one of the ways to optimize those benefits, when all current communication methods are gradually transitioning to a digital environment.
The article refers to the chatbot autoresponder tool, how this technology works. Proposing an effective solution to apply the chatbot tool to the current situation of serving readers of the Facebook Fan page of the Library of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNU Ho Chi Minh City). VNU Ho Chi Minh City for the purpose of serving and promoting the library's products and services.
