Application of chatbots in library operations
Abstract
This paper examines the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in library operations by analyzing relevant research from both domestic and international sources. It focuses on evaluating the benefits and challenges of integrating AI into library activities while proposing AI-based techniques and solutions for developing a chatbot system to support consultation services at the Library of Ha Tinh University. The study provides a scientific foundation for applying AI in the library sector, helping to improve management efficiency, optimize information processing, and enhance the user experience. Ultimately, it aims to improve library service quality and increase adaptability to technological advancements, meeting the demands of the rapidly evolving digital era.
