Digital information resources at provincial libraries in Vietnam

Abstract

    This article defines the concept of digital information resources; analyzes the characteristics of provincial and city libraries in Vietnam and the necessity of developing digital information resources; and proposes several solutions to enhance the development of digital information resources in provincial and city libraries in Vietnam.
