Improving the efficiency of management and exploitation of endogenous document resources at the Library of Thai Binh College of Education

Abstract

   Endogenous documents are a source of documents with high information value, playing an important role for each agency and unit in general and more important for educational institutions in improving the quality of education and training of the school. Improving the efficiency of management, exploitation and use of this resource is an important task of each library in order to fulfill its role in serving the information needs of educational and training institutions. The article addresses the current situation of management and exploitation of endogenous documents at Thai Binh College of Education and also proposes solutions to overcome limitations and further improve the quality of library activities to well realize the educational and training goals of the school.
