Tóm tắt

In this work, the variation of CaWO4:Eu3+ nano phosphors with different compositions of Al3+ have
been reported. The CaWO4:Eu3+, Al3+ nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by the
hydrothermal method combined with low temperature calcination technology. The XRD results
indicate that CaWO4:Eu3+, Al3+ has crystal of the scheelite type having C4h point group symmetry and
I41/a space group symmetry. The photocatalytic properties of CaWO4:Eu3+, Al3+ nanocrystals were
investigated of degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye and they revealed a degradation capacity of
above 98% after 90 min. Moreover, photoluminescence results demonstrate that the CaWO4:Eu3+, Al3+
red phosphors are promising as color converters for application in WLEDs. The sensitization with Al3+
in CaWO4:Eu3+ leads to the enhancement of ~393 nm (7F0 → 5L6) and ~464 nm (7F0 → 5D2) absorption
peak of Eu3+
