Tóm tắt

In this study, samples of leaves, stems, rhizomes and fruits of Alpinia blepharocalyx were collected
from Pu Hoat Nature Reserve - Que Phong District - Nghe An Province, Vietnam, and the essential oils
of the The above part was analyzed for chemical composition of the group of compounds. GC-MS
analysis method was used and identified 78 components belonging to 5 main groups: monoterpen
compounds, oxygen-containing monoterpen compounds, sesquiterpen compounds, oxygen-containing
sesquiterpen compounds, diterpen compounds and group of other compounds. PCA analysis results
showed that sesquiterpen compounds (containing oxygen and not containing oxygen) concentrated in
the fruit organ; Monoterpen compounds (both oxygen-free and oxygen-free) are more concentrated in
the leaves and rhizomes and eventually diterpen compounds are more concentrated in the stem. The
research results are significant in the optimal exploitation of essential oils in parts of the Alpinia
species.
