Over-education in Vietnam: the findings from a logit regression

Abstract

    The definition of over-education was first introduced in the 1970s when an increasing numberof college graduates in the US led to a decreasing return to college education. Since then, overeducationhas been also discussing in a vast literature due to the same situation occurring inmany other countries To our knowledge, such literature in Vielnam is rare, though manifessionsof over-education have been shown more clearly in recent years. Hence, with the aim to examinethe determinants of over-education in Vietnam, this paper definitely is a good contribution.This study uses logit regression and data of Vietnam living standard .survey in 2010
