Determining demands and requirements for training housekeepers in Hanoi Nguồn trích: TC Kinh tế & Phát triển

Abstract

  This paper presents the survey results of demands for housekeepers through survey data of more than 1000 respondents in Hanoi. This study is one of the pioneering researches to consolidate the data of this topic in Vietnam as International Labour Organization's recommendation. In addition, by dint of surveying and conducting in-depth interviews, the research has discovered a wide range of new points' of the actual demands on housekeepers. The research also provides policy implications.
