The price of higher education services in process of financial autonomy in the state owned universities

Abstract

   The paper focuses on the price of higher education services in state onwed unviersities in Vietnam. It is necessary to change the current education fee system and apply the price of graduate educational services in the context of management renovation in the univeristies. Issues that will be presented in this paper are: the nature of higher education services; price of higher education services and the need to apply the price of higher education services. Furthermore, the paper also discusses the principles of determining higher education prices.
